Thank you for shopping with JAHMAYCA™. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has been fulfilled, standard estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for international orders are:
- Standard International: 10–20 business days depending on destination and local customs processing
Please note that international delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed due to customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes JAHMAYCA™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the ORDER TRACKING link in our website footer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at team@jahmayca.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. JAHMAYCA™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at team@jahmayca.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before fulfillment begins.
